Unlocking Your Need to Self-Sabotage

You can learn how to overcome your biggest obstacle – YOURSELF.


Learn why you behave the way you do and how to overcome your self-sabotaging behaviors, even the tiniest ones, to unlock your full potential and live the life you have always wanted but have created limitations on.  

We will discuss and work on your specific self-sabotaging techniques and shift your current belief systems into more empowering and engaging belief systems.

Our course of discussion includes:

* How to get out of Denial
* Preparing for Radical Change
* Learn What Self-Sabotage Actually Is
* How to tell if you are in a self-sabotage cycle

Through open discussion, mediation, and using holistic healing tools, together we will work as a group to recognize where in your life you are self-sabotaging and help you unlock it for good!

When:    March 22, 2024 – 7 pm – 9 pm
                     March 23, 2024 – 10 am – 4 pm (1.5 Hour for Lunch)
                     March 24, 2024 – 10 am – 4 pm (1.5 Hour for Lunch)

 

* NOTE:  We will be using the energy of the Spring Equinox and the Full Moon Energy to release our self-sabotaging behaviors.

 

Where:  Lake Harmony, PA (Physical address will be given after registration)

Investment:  $350 per person

 

Ticket price includes snacks, water, coffee, tea, plus several handouts and worksheets.

What if you had the courage to be yourself?  What would it take for you to fully step into yourself and your creativity?  Over the course of 3 weeks, we will explore how to be creative, how to feel your feelings, how to get clarity, and how to quiet the mind.

People-Pleasing Recovery

What if you could live your life FOR YOU?  What if you could release the guilt and simply be yourself without having to please everyone else first?  We will dive into how to help others without sacrificing ourselves, how to share our thoughts and feelings without offending others, how to discover what you really love and what you want to do with your life, and how to love yourself no matter what.  People-Pleasing Recovery is all about learning how to release the need to please others and instead give yourself permission to love yourself more than enough.

What do you know about yourself?  Working with Self-Discovery, we will discuss what self-discovery is, what self-love is like, self-patience and how to use it, self-forgiveness, and setting self-discovery goals to continue to love and honor ourselves.

Trust Yourself

Trust.  What is it?  Do you trust yourself?  What if you could find within yourself all the trust you need to live a life of safety and security?  We will discuss how to understand yourself better, how to gain and foster trust within yourself and your decisions, how your mistakes are merely learning opportunities to grow, and how to trust your intuition.
