Boundaries are the ways we communicate our needs.  Learn what your boundaries are, how to communicate your needs, and recognize where others’ boundaries are.  Learn how to create your own boundaries and how to handle when others disrespect them.  Learn how to effectively say NO when you mean NO and YES when you mean YES.  A dishonest YES is still a No.

When was the last time you felt gratitude?

Gratitude means different things to everyone. When you define gratitude for yourself, you can recognize and experience gratitude. Journey to Gratitude is an angelic prayer journal. The Archangels are heavenly helpers that can come to your aid and help you through life. Experiencing their presence as you open yourself to feeling gratitude allows you to feel safe and secure, and begin the journey to finding yourself. Join the Archangels on your journey to gratitude.
