A Journey to Authentic Living
Join me for an empowering 3-day workshop designed to help you break free from the falsehoods you have often told yourself about your feelings and desires. In a world that constantly pulls you in many different directions, it is easy to lose sight of who you truly are and what you genuinely want. This workshop is your opportunity to reclaim your life and discover the joy, passion, fulfillment, and inner peace you deserve and crave.
This is your moment to truly see yourself and embrace who you are. You will not criticize or shame yourself for not knowing how you’ve been feeling. You will not waste another moment dwelling on what you cannot change or control.
Day 1: Self-Discovery and Honesty Discussion
* The importance of feelings and how our feelings affect every aspect of our lives.
* How do we actually feel our feelings and then convey to ourselves and others what our feelings and needs are … without shame and fear, with courage and vulnerability.
* How important it is to respect our emotions and learn how our emotions help us connect with others on the most basic of levels.
* How to give ourselves permission to be brave, courageous, and vulnerable.
Day 2: Reframing Your Narrative Discussion
* The importance of JOY in our lives.
* What the dangers of living an unfulfilled life is like.
* The importance of actually feeling our feelings. Feeling empty is not an option.
* What do YOU truly want? Do you even know? How can you tell someone what you want if you don’t even know yourself?
* Your instincts are important. You need to feel in order to understand your instincts.
* There is an important balance between your instincts and advice. You can get other people’s opinions (advice) and ultimately TRUST YOURSELF! What does trusting yourself look like?
* Be confident in yourself and your decisions. Learn how to strengthen your confidence in yourself.
Day 3: Taking Action and Living Authentically Discussion
* CHANGE! Why you should be open to change and how to initiate it on your terms. The most successful and happy individuals are those who engage in change daily.
* Change is not always smooth sailing. We will discuss how to listen to our bodies positively so we can make long-lasting changes that are in our best interests.
* BOUNDARIES: Do you have any? Firm and rigid are not the types of boundaries we are discussing. We are discussing how to have boundaries that are little white fences filled with love that are flexible and pliable. Boundaries are rules of engagement for you that keep you and the other person safe.
* Learn how to love your imperfections.
* Learn how to stand up for yourself and your needs.
* How to lovingly react to criticisms. Criticism is someone’s perspective on how you should be compared to themselves. It is a reflection of them, really.
* Learn how to speak to your emotions. Your strength comes from your emotions.
